Angels Beach North is a residential subdivision situated adjacent a coastal reserve and beach in East Ballina.  The landscape of the site is interesting and diverse with elevated land overlooking the ocean, flat land near the road and vegetated pockets to the west.  Design Team Ink worked with a large team of consultants over many years to ensure that soft and built landscape features and formations were adequately considered and sensitively designed.  The site plan for Angels Beach includes a variety of residential typologies including, conventional residential lots and elevated mews / laneway lots.  Key to the subdivision layout are two parklands.  These parks form the front door and outlook from the adjoining mews / laneway lots and also perform stormwater detention functions.  The road design also includes vegetated biofiltration swales to manage stormwater.
